I've walked into companies with declining revenue, low morale, and no commercial foundation and left both with double- and triple-digit growth, a team that believed in itself, and a business that could scale. That's what I do.
What that looks like in practice: I go into the organization with open, analytical eyes, understanding the pains of the organization, the challengers of the commercial approach. Then I build commercial structure, governance, and culture often from scratch and with a strong customer centric approach. I am marked/trend opportunistic and love business development.
I am comfortable with complexity, whether that's demanding enterprise clients, international markets, or technically sophisticated products. Industry doesn't constrain me and I'm looking for the next broken engine.
